Hi Sonia,

Let it go!!! this is just one of those days we ALL have had them. Make today your cheat day and start fresh tomorrow. stop feeling guilty.

I agree with Mary! Most of us have times like that. Don't be discourgaed...just start over and you will be fine. Drink lots of water too. Good Luck!

Sonia you have to take a deep breath and "let it go"

The more you beat yourself up about it, the more likely you will want to eat some more CRAP, and thus a vicious cycle begins.

Every morning when you wake up is a "new" start day. Yesterday was the past, you cant change that, but you CAN change the future. You are In control, NOT the food

You have to stay in shape. My grandmother started walking when she was 60. Today she is 97 and we don't know where the hell she is! - Ellen DeGeneres

The trick is to NOT use a day like that as an excuse to just "give up". Every time you can't stop eating or can't make yourself work out (or both), you must simply say "tomorrow is another day", & start over. EVERY TIME!

I agree we all have days like that, when we have no control over what we put in our mouth. I personally think it involves hormones. Sigh

Been there, done that...

Actually I have been in the midst of an eathing frenzy for about 6 months. I've gained 15 lbs & I just can't stop.

But Sonia, look at your signature block. I don't know how long it's taken you to get there but HOLY SCHMOLY! That's awesome!

RE: Been there, done that...

I would imagine we all have days like this. And once you have gone so far, its hard to turn back! When I do this, I put in a hard workout.I run on my treadmill or something. That always makes me feel better.
Like the others said. think of today as a new day.Start fresh.

RE: Been there, done that...

Praise God for my exercise friends. Thank you for all your support. Today I am back on track and doing much better. I feel better too. Yes it is TOM week and I have a lot going on. Thanks for all the support. I am starting back on track today. The funny think is that I ate so much yesterday that today I am not hungry.
Life is good. Praise God.

For those who wants to know I started my diet and exercise program in July of 2003. I went all the way to 217 # with Babe Sara. She was born in May 2003. When I left the hospital I was 217#.

RE: Been there, done that...

Hi, Sonia:

I'm so glad you are feeling better today. I have days like that, too.... I think we all do. I do find, though, that I only binge-eat when I am working out too hard and not getting enough good calories, so it's important to stop periodically and take stock of your calorie intake, you know? Otherwise your body just feels starved and goes crazy...

Take care,
Marie
