Please help!!!

Hi Cathe,
I am a 35 yr. old mother of 2, I weigh 170lbs. My waist is 32", my hips 42", and my thighs are both about 27". I have been bottom heavy all my life and accept that. I just don't know what I should be doing to lose some of that mass. My legs are solid from years of dance. They are fat but not flabby.
I have gone through the other posts and am more confused than ever. What should I be doing? I currently exercize 5 if not 6 days a week. That includes your workouts and walking. I cannot run.
Please let me know if you can what you suggest. I know I'll never have super skinny legs; I just want to slim them down. I've done it before but that was before I had children.
When I first saw you on FitTv, I thought "yeah right,maybe someday I'll be able to do these workouts". Now I do them constantly. I love working out with you and will continue to do so.
