Please Help W/ Ideas!!

Okay, so I do realize that you have to truly figure out what works best for each person individually. But that being said, I am so confused. I want to start a rotation, (I'm good about working out 5-6x a wk. but feel I desperately need some structure) but I'm not sure what to go with. I want to lose around 10 maybe 15 pounds, and my focus is definitely my lower body. Thighs, mostly. I'm torn between doing the 4day split rotation, since I've been hearing a lot about short intense cardios being better (was even planning on subbing in some CTX cardio) and on one of the off days adding in some running. On the other hand I'm not sure if it would be better to do another rotation, so this is where you guys come in: any thoughts, ideas or advice? Another thing I'm struggling with is the eating. I know exactly what I should be doing, but I've been allowing myself way too much extra leeway. So I'm thinking about following one of the weight watchers plans (again needing the structure) so any thoughts at all will be much appreciated :)

I'm not an expert or anything but the next rotation I'm gonna try is Cathe's Lower Body Bonanza it goes something like this...

Legs
Circuit
Cardio
Legs
Cardio
Circuit
Off

I've don't own 4DS (yet) but if I had to recommend a rotation I guess that would be it. (since your focus is lower body) I know nothing about weight watchers so I'm not sure how that works...so I can't offer my 2 cents on that. Either way I hope you find something that works for you. Good luck

Hey Lisa I am doing Cathe's Sixteen week maximum weight loss rotation and darla did some tweaking of it with updated videos so I am doing the first 4 weeks darla's next 4 weeks Cathes, 4 weeks darls finsih last 4 weeks with Cathe's. I am loving it. Today was day 4 I hurt everywhere so far.

Don't know if that helps so much for the legs but for cardio and weight loss thought I would chime in maybe you or someone could tweak it for more leg work.
