Please help us name our son!

Hey everybody! My husband & I can't quite settle on a name for our son (due on 23 January) so I posted this naming poll over at babycenter.com:

Definitely Gavin. The main issue (in my opinion) with Alasdair: you're never going to have anyone say it correctly, or spell it correctly. Ever.

My sister's name is Micah (my-ka), and it never gets pronounced or spelled correctly, and it drives her insane.

Spare your kid some heartache on the playground and then later in life every time he has to spell his name for someone over the phone, or at the doctor's office, or at the post office, or at the bank, or....

Since you asked... that is my two cents.
