Please help me pick out a toning dvd for lower body.

This is what I have already.

Pershing Square: 1 - I like it a lot.
Total Core Pilates - It's ok.
Karen Voight Total Body Training Pilates - I like this a lot.
10 minute Solution Pilates Perfect Body - Not challenging enough

Could you please tell me how often you include these types of workouts into your rotations? I am currently doing Meso 3 of STS and doing cardio such as the treadmill, Insanity, and Shock Cardio.

Thanks!

What sort of DVD are you after? You mention "toning" and you list pilates DVDs you already own: are you looking for more pilates DVDs? Traditional weight training like STS? Or from other instructors? Functional fitness? What tools do you own? Barbell, dumbells, resistance bands, tubing, etc?

If we have a better idea of what you are looking for, I am sure you'll get quite a few suggestions.

Thanks Clare,

I am interested in more pilates dvds or workouts like pure barre.

Check out Tonique -- for floorwork, the mat dvd, for traditional lower body with cardio effect, her others. Or, BBL. I resisted BBL because I am grumpy about BB for a variety of reasons, but it does have some fun factor there. Toniques are tough!
