I've recently discovered spoon sized Honey Nut Shredded Wheat. It is crunchy, a little sweet and filling. Please don't anyone tell me how unclean it is! Yum!

Robin, I think that's fine. Another one you might like is Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal. It is lightly sweetened shredded wheat and organic.

I would NEVER tell you a thing like that! I love the Shredded Wheat and Bran with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Well, I am SO not happy! I went to Wal Mart this morning to get more of the granola and they don't carry it anymore! WHAT??!? They were redoing their shelves and it wasn't on the plan-o-gram anymore. Maybe Whole Foods or HEB has it. It really is good but the WalMart I go to isn't the place where a lot of healthy eaters frequent...
