Plateau breaker

I FINALLY broke a plateau. I attribute it to cardio coach. Thanks to everyone on the forums who commented about CC.
 
No, I run usually about three or four times a week. I did CC three times this week. I think the HIIT is what did it. Those workouts felt great. I also lift weights 3 to 4 times a week. I also run using the itrain treadmill workouts too, but there was just something different about the cc workouts. Very Cool.

I usually do it just once a week -- I'm not sure my hips could handle more running than that, but I really like the idea of breaking the plateau of weight loss! :) I love cc! I mentioned in another thread that I have put together some custom runs that I do outside -- a mix of hills and sprints that works with the terrain near my house. It's really fun!
