I like planks because they are a new challenge for me.
Questions:
-How often should I do them?
-How many sets should I work up to? How long should each set be?
-Should I incorporate them w/other ab exercises or just do a pure plank workout?
PS- I have S&H which has a plank section, but I'd like to do them w/o a video sometimes.
