Yes, I do use both pilates and yoga in small amounts.
I like the Quick Fix DVD with about 9 workouts on it
at 10 minutes each. A few of them are yoga/pilates workouts.
I started using B Baptiste workouts too. Trainer's edge and
the Core and Back one. I got all 3 of these at Deep Discout DVD
so they were inexpensive. I took Stott pilates classes at a
studio for several years and went through training so I do incorporate
the 5 basic principles to all of my workouts.
I find that stretching and flexibility workouts are so very
important for me and it carries over into my Cathe workouts too.
