pilates/yoga

Does anyone supplement their workouts with pilates or yoga? It is pretty tough to do Cathe videos 7 days a week. I am looking for something to do on a "day off." Ayone have any ideas?
Any idea if Cathe tape a yoga or pilates DVD?

I do pilates on occasion on my core days. Most of the home dvds are pretty much the same. MTV Mix is my favorite--it's pretty creative, unique & fun.
 
I agree with Laura. I have two MTV Pilates videos and I do them on 'off' days. They are both pretty challenging--but in a good way:7

Hi,

Yes, I do use both pilates and yoga in small amounts.
I like the Quick Fix DVD with about 9 workouts on it
at 10 minutes each. A few of them are yoga/pilates workouts.
I started using B Baptiste workouts too. Trainer's edge and
the Core and Back one. I got all 3 of these at Deep Discout DVD
so they were inexpensive. I took Stott pilates classes at a
studio for several years and went through training so I do incorporate
the 5 basic principles to all of my workouts.
I find that stretching and flexibility workouts are so very
important for me and it carries over into my Cathe workouts too.

I got a great Yoga video from somone here. Its by Ali McGraw. Its great, pretty long, but VERY relaxing!! I love it!
