I love Pilates! It is an intense core stregthener. An instructor at the gym incorporates weights into her Pilates, making it great for advanced people like me.
Yes, I'd be interested in this as well. Yoga and Pilates both are intriguing but I like an athletic mix and haven't found an instructor that I'd click with.
I agree also. I've never tried pilates but am seriously considering it and would love to see Cathe come out with a Pilates workout. I keep hearing how good Pilates is for your core, to help lean out the legs and help with low back pain.
