Guys, if you could get one weight machine would it be a Pilates Performer/Reformer or a standard weights machine/Bowflex? I dance recreationally so the idea of a Pilates machine sounds great - I'd get my stretching and strengthening in at once. But as an ecto, I don't know if the machine would bulk me up as much as I'd like (I confess, I sat and watched almost the entire infomercial for Bowflex). Has anyone tried either or both machines and has comments to share? Thanks!
