Picture problem.....please help!

Hello
I can't seem to get this picture were I want it,I downloaded it off my computer,put it on photobucket and I think it may be too big! I'd like it in the upper left corner! I did edit it on photobucket and chose the avatar selection. can anybody help!!!!
