pics and bios on background exercisers?

Hi all,

I read that there are bios of Cathe's background exercisers
somewhere on this page? I would love to read them and find out
more about all of them, and also to find out who will be
in the new videos.

Hi!

I KNOW that I've seen those bios before, so I started noodling around to find them again. I haven't found them yet, but I did find a neat section that I never saw before. Go to the home page, and then go down to the middle of the page where it says "other pages". Click on "photos". Then toward the upper right side, there will be a drop down list. Open it up, and scroll to FAQs. Cathe talks about her definition of clean eating, talks about weights vs. cardio for weightloss, and a bunch of other things I found helpful. Maybe you already know about that section, but I thought I would mention it in case some of you haven't seen it yet.

Now, I will continue to search for the cast bios. Maybe they've been removed?

Go to the main page to the section that says "other pages". It's right under the big picture of Cathe with that BIG 40 pound dumbbell. Go to Behind the scenes and click on that. It will give you some info about Bodymax, Bodyworks, Intervalmax and PS Series and also the bios for those involved in those videos. Hope this helps.
