Hey future Road Trippers,
In another thread Chris posted an actual picture of what the page will look like when you go online Friday at noon to register for the July Road Trip, along with some helpful instructions. We thought we'd re-post that here, in case any of you didn't see it.
Please read thru the instructions carefully and take a good look at the picture so that you'll know what info to have on hand for a lightning-fast registration. ;-)
By the way, next week the registration form for the August Road Trip will look exactly the same, of course, except that it will say "August" where this one says "July".
If you have questions about the form or anything else having to do with the registration process, please make sure you post them here before tomorrow night so that we Coordinators can try to answer them for you. Happy typing and good luck, everybody!
Here's the picture, and below it are Chris' instructions, with a little emphasis that we added:

The above picture is a snap shot of the actual order page. Please note that the check box for the Road Trip is already checked, so you don't have to do this and please make sure not to uncheck the box. You will just fill in the requested information for all three steps and then click the "Go to Secure Server" button. Then just click the button at the bottom on the following pages, if everything is okay.
You will receive an email confirmation regardless if you are one of the first 105. Make sure to look carefully at your invoice number once you receive your email notification. As long as it is 105 or under you will be guaranteed a spot.
For USA most of the fields you need to enter are highlighted above except for the "address" field. Google auto fill doesn't recognize the format for the address field, so it is not highlighted in the above picture. This ("address") is a required field, so please don’t forget this.
