I'm thinking I'm gonna try this but was hoping for some quick clarification. I've signed up for the free trial and entered today's stuff. My understanding is that after the free trial (5 days?) I will get an analysis? How do I get this? Thru email or what? And then I really get started right? After I've paid of course.

Hi,

I'm using PT. It's been great for me! After your free trial, the analysis will just pop up. Then you get started on Conditioning. The length and details (number of calories, for example) of Conditioning will be determined by your analysis phase (the longer the better). Despite being able to eat, this is the most difficult phase. Stick with it. The results are worthwhile.

Eat Up!

Something that Sherri didn't say is that you should EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN during this analysis phase. Watch your fat & sugar but EAT. The analysis period will tell you how long your conditioning phase is & is based on how much you eat. If you are eating like 1500 calories a day, your conditioning phase may be 5 or 6 weeks or more. If you are eating like 2000+ calories a day, the conditioning phase will be shorter.

I had pretty decent results when I used it but didn't stick it out long enough to have the results Sherri has had.

EAT UP!!!

I just replied to your other post, but I'll add to this one too. I'm on PT and loving it.

The free analysis will pop up on the screen at the website, after you've finished your trial period and hit the "analyze" button. It will tell you HOW you've been eating (protein/carbs/fat breakdown) and give you a computer-generated program of x number of weeks of conditioning/metabolism-boosting and a maximum of 12 weeks of fatburning. You'll see your proposed calorie breakdowns for each day/week.

The cost is $12.97 per month if you sign up during the trial phase, or $7.97 per month if you sign up afterward. You also get a monthly $7.97 credit to use at their store or for their weekly conference calls. The support group on Yahoo! is great and the founders, Ric and Bart, monitor and post frequently - Ric every day, Bart more like every week or two.

Adding on a couple of details here....

I'm in my third week of conditioning. My diet analysis showed I was averaging 1700 calories a day. I have six weeks of conditioning, starting at 1850 calories per day per week, and working up to 2600 calories per day per week. I'm eating 2250 calories a day right now, training heavy, and I haven't gained any weight. But due to my workouts, I've lost a little body fat (an inch off my hips and a little off my waist too).

I have 12 weeks of fatburning, starting with my "high" range of 1800-2400 calories per week and working down to 1200-1800 calories per week.

The program takes time and discipline - planning meals takes a while until you get used to the software and how MUCH you can eat. You'll have to take a multivitamin (if you don't already) and drink a lot of water - they recommend 120 ounces a day, and I've been getting that as a minimum.

If you want more information, lemme know!
