Before I started STS for the second time, I was doing Physique 57 3 times per week, tacking on 30 minutes of cardio to the two shorter workouts. My other three days I was doing circuit workouts like DM cardio and upperbody premix or BM2 cardio and weights or KCM's Cardio Sculpt Fitness. When I started STS again, I substituted Physique 57 for the leg workouts because I was really doing better in tightening things up with Physique 57 than with Cathe, so on meso 1, I did the 57 min. workout 2 times and the 30 min. legs and abs workout 2 times over the course of 4 weeks, tacking on 30 min. of cardio when I did the 30 min. workout. I just started meso 2 and once again, I am using Physique 57 legs to substitute for Cathe. Hope this helps!
