PH vs MIS

I'm new to Cathe. (I have been working out with the Firm for the last 3 years) I have recently purchased Cathe's PS Legs and Abs, Power Hour, and the new step tape. I have used all of them and really like them. With the exception of Power Hour, for some reason I just can't get in to it. My question...is MIS like Power Hour? I'm planning on purchasing MIS and other Cathe tapes. Any help would be great!!!
 
Hi! Welcome to Cathe! And to the cathe forums.

MIS is not like PH in my opinion. You use heavier weights, slower reps & longer rests. I think the focus is more on muscular strength & mass-building as opposed to the endurance-building in PH. I prefer MIS and S/H to PH. Others prefer PH. You just have to experiment! S/H is heavier and slower still, with longer rests. They are all tough however!!
