Personal training certification

Hi, I live outside of the US so I am unable to do the certicication by ACE or AFAA at this time, Can anyone suggest a good and reputable personal training certification program I can do that would allow me to do the exams online or via distance. Thanks.

I received a brochure in the mail from the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates). I don't know how reputable they are but they do have a distance learning program. Their website is: www.afpafitness.com.
