Personal Rotation - Wed 12-7 (Pearl Harbor Day)

Good morning fitness buddies....

I am resigned to the fact that I am going to sleep a night, then not sleep a night and on and on. I went to bed at 8:30 last night and woke up at 12:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. I started work at 3:30 but had planned to do this....

anyway, coffee is being infused as we speak, so I'll be okay;)

Last night I did BC cardio premix and BC core premix to sub for that run I wasn't able to fit in yesterday.

Today is BodyMax sans UB. I have a GYN appt so it'll be another late workout.

Good morning Jane and all to follow! Jane , how are you managing with this sleep issue? Can you function for a full day on 4 hrs?

I did LL and SM#3 (with the band). Is the pink band that Cathe uses more or less resistance than the green? I just use the green.

ugh!Jane- I feel so bad about your lack of sleep. I KNOW how horrible that is, as you know I deal with it on a smaller scale (and no, I never started the med. the dr. gave me for it. - :-( )
I wish a nap would fit into your schedule, but it sure doesn't look like it can! Good luck at the gyno this afternoon!

Bodymax is on the schedule w/o u/b. IF I have the time, I might do it in full.

Wendy, I am very interested in the rotation you are doing. Are you making it up on your own? What is your goal ? I have big legs that bulk up easily (they look like I train with pretty heavy weights often, when in truth , I tend to neglect them, for exactly that reason! My arms are more slender and need definiton, so I love to work u/b more often and heavier. ) Is that your situation too?

Okay, well aren't I chatty this morning? I guess that's what happens when I DO sleep! Sorry for the book everyone!!

Today, I plan to do SJP and maybe some extra cardio. I have a dr's appointment early this am and I can't eat because of some testing so I can't workout this morning:-( , so I'll do it this afternoon.

Hi Guys! Oh I've missed checking in with you all!
Things have been pretty chaotic here, but nothing I can't handle.

I finally started the July 03' rotation and did Imax this morning. I had not worked out since a week ago Sunday! So I'm back into my routine this week thank goodness.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I hope everyone is enjoying getting ready for the holiday. I am living vicariously thru all of you!

Today was Bodymax minus the upper body segment, and ab hits. The Dec rotation is pretty good so far.

I've missed your posts! Hang in there and good for you for getting back to your workouts. I know it must be hard with so much going on and a new job......just do the best you can!! :)

Bodymax is done. I did the whole thing with u/b and abs. Just felt I needed a good, complete workout and had the energy today. That's a tough one for sure, but I feel great when it's over!!

Good luck to everyone who has dr. appointments today! Hope you get only great reports!

Hi Everyone,

I did finally workout last night. I did Tear it up from the SS. Later today I will be doing cardio at the rec center. It is very cold here, a high of 7 degrees is expected. I hate when it is this cold.

BodyMax without UB in done. That was an incredible sweatfest. I forget how FAST this workout is. My feet were flying trying to keep up with Cathe.
 
Me too Jane. Did you do it on an 8" step? I did and then I thought "what, am I crazy??" ha! But it's a good one , for sure.
