Hi good morning everyone,yesterday I went shoping and had a great "rest" shoping day. Today is KPC and TAEBO nº6 to substitute 40 minutes of running, 20 minutes of abs hits and the 3 segment of SM.Have a great Sunday everyone.

Hi again, I have just done KPC except the stability ball abs and Kick Max (to low the high impact I substituted the jumping jacks and the running in place marching in place). Later I will do 20 minutes of abs hits,TJ 20 minute workout and stationary bike. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Good morning Mariangeles , Jane and everyone to follow

I havent posted for a few days, but I'm back. Fri was my bday so I rested and yesterday I didn't get on the computer, althoughI did SB.

Today I start week 4 of Cathe's rotation so I'll be doing supersets. I think I will try Ajock's turkey day mishmosh this week. It look pretty high impact, but I'll see what I can do.

Hi Mariangeles, Jane and Phyllis. We must be the only ones up this Sunday morning. Hope you had a wonderful birthday Phyllis!

I haven't worked since last Monday. I have been really sick this past week but am feeling better today. I'm going to give Bodymax a try this morning so I get a little bit of cardio, circuits, weights and abs all in one shot.

We may even be putting up our Christmas tree later today. The kids are anxious!

Step Blast is done!!! I looked at my workout calendar and I haven't done SB in its entirety before. I did step combos 1, 2, 3 one time when I was supplementing some step with a run but I've never done the Blast Challenge. I really liked it. I just got this DVD when I preordered the new ones so I haven't had it too long. I've done SJP more.

Have y'all noticed how many calories we are burning with this rotation!!!
