Personal Rotation - Sun 12-18

Good morning fitness buddies. Yesterday I got in the upper body weight segment of BodyMax along with the abs.

Today is rest day!!!

Hey Jane,

Today I plan on doing CTX upperbody and maybe the stationary bike. I found out that it is alright to ride a stationary bike and restricting me from activity is keeping my foot from healing. I will try walking on the treadmill even though these things bore me to tears! I have made the decision to stop seeing my current therapists and either not go or find someone else. I need to check with my doctor.

Hi Jane and Kim and all who follow.

Today I did (for the first time) the kpc/lg kickbox & highstep circuit + abs premix (50 mins). It fit every facet of my workout into a nice neat and compact package and it was a great work out to boot! My heart rate was up! The sweat was flyin' and my legs were burnin'! YEAH! }(

The best part is that when I was done, I opened my workout journal to mark it down and OMG, I realized that I was due for a rest day today! LOL Oh well, I guess I was really pumped and wanting to work out...I never even considered that it was already time for a rest day!:+

I will take my rest day tmrw. I am supposed to be taking 2 rests in a row during this rotation but with all of the bad eating I'll be doing on saturday and sunday and around New Year's coupled with the fact that holidays chance my taking an unplanned rest day or 2, I will dispense with the 2 planned rest days idea until the New Year!
