Today was SH legs...Changed up what I had planned for the day because my weight wasn't heavy enough, so instead of kickbox, I did CTX Power Circut afterwards...THEN I felt fried! Skipped shoulders today, still a bit sore from the other day (one has an old injury from high school)...Tomorrow is SH shoulders, biceps and triceps...We'll have to see how I'm feeling after that...Maybe kickbox then?? If not kickbox, then I'll add abs...
