personal rotation Mon Nov 28

Those oldies are goodies though are they Phyllis. They usually get me tickled too!!

Today I start week #2 of the Nov rotation since I missed most of it while on vacation. I did do KickMax though at the hotel and I've done alot of kickboxing over the last few days, so I am going to do LowMax today. Haven't done that this month.

Hey jane and phyllis,

Well I haven't worked out since tuesday or wednesday and feeling very guilty. the holidays and shopping really ruined me. Oh and I was a tad bit lazy! So I don't know what I will do today but I will have decided by the afternoon. I was doing the UBB but think I would get bored with it right now so I'm looking at some of her older strength rotation. I have to get busy on this girls, I am slipping terribly. But I will get on track.

I'm waiting to see what Cathe puts out for December. I believe it will continue to be a calorie burner judging by her preface to the November rotation she wrote.

Yesterday was 1 hour on the stationary bike and a walk with my daughter. This morning I did The VIPER.....a favorite of mine! I remember the first time I did it, it seemed to last for hours and I thought I'd never master it. That was not even a year ago and it's become one of my very favorite workouts!!

I'm waiting to see what Cathe posts too before deciding on my rotation Phyllis, but want to do something heavy on cardio and maybe some added upper body work too.

It's going to be a rainy Monday here in Ohio today, but 70 degrees (!!!!) , so I'm not complaining!!!

Good morning everyone,

I am also wandering around "rotation land" wondering when Cathe is going to post a new one, if she posts one for this month. In the meantime, I am repeating week one of the November rotation until we know one way or the other.
Today was KPC, tomorrow LM, I guess. What is everyone else up to?
 
Hi good morning everyone, today I finish the november rotation doing the low impact step, the cardio kickbox of CTX and Low Max.I can't wait to try the Low impact step and Low Max together.

I'm waiting to see what Cathe posts too before deciding on my rotation but I want to do cardio and endurace weight training. I had great results with the Slim Series slim training rotation and I want to do another round but in this round I am going to substitute Tone it Up (my least favorite SS workout) with Cathe's endurance weight workouts like ME, the CTX upper body split,PH,ME...

Hi Everyone,

Well I missed my morning cardio because I slept in. It was so nice and warm and I just didn't want to get up. Oh well. I plan on doing lower body weights today at the rec ctr. I'm also waiting to see what Cathe posts for December. I'm hoping for lots of cardio too.

Hi again,the low impact step, the cardio of CTX kickbox and the CTX kickbox arms drills are now done. Finally I am not going to add Low Max bcause my kness are totally fried after a month of rotation. Later I will ride my stationary bike for one hour. Have a great day everyone.

Hey ladies,

I have decided to go with cathes june 03'rotation. I am really hoping to complete this one but I don't have a good track record. I didn't eat at all good today, I broke down as soon as someone brings sweets into the room and now I feel sick of it all. So this rotation calls for S&H legs but I can't do that one because of foot so I will do L&G and PS floorwork. I will try to do low impact kickmax for the cardio written down. I am off to do this, so I'll check in later!

Hey girls,

Well I finished my workout. I did LG and PS floorwork,25mins of low impact Kickmax and stretchmax.Before I knew it a hour and half had gone by. It felt good to complete it though. Tomorrow is S&H back and abhits.

Hey Becky, how's it going this evening?

I had an appt after work today. I got home a little after 5 and ate supper. It is about 6 now and I am going to suit up and get LowMax over with. A little tired so there is a dread factor kicking in about now!! But I know I'll feel better once it's done. Here goes......

It's POURING here and very windy. Lots of storms around us, but still 63 degrees! Very mild for the end of Nov in Ohio!!!

Kind of bored.....I finished a book last night and haven't started another, and not much of anything on TV tonight. Will TiVo the movie A Christmas Box tonight. I love that one, but it doesn't start till 9 and I dont' want to stay up until 11 tonight to watch it.

:eek: <----- That's a yawn! ;-)

Am trying to decide what workout I'll do tomorrow. I did The Viper today....could I do weights tomorrow?
 
Hey Becky, I just finished LowMax and feel very good now. I also need a shower!! This is one day I wished I didn't have to go out but I had an appt and it was raining like crazy, still is, 57 degrees here.

Tomorrow is IMAX3 for me, want to do it with me?!:p

The day after is MM but I don't have that one, so I'll do ME. I need weights!!! I did Bootcamp Saturday but it isn't the same as a good full body weight workout.

Well hitting the shower and the resting. I am soooo tired. I got up at 3:15 this morning and started at 3:30. I am sleeping 'til 5 in the morning. Only going to do every other day on this 3:15 thing, too hard on the body.
