Today my legs were screaming for a break, so I did HC Chest - Tricep, HC BSS ( Timesavers ) and ab hits.
I am switching some things around:
Friday - Gotta try one of my new step workouts with kelly Coffey and Pam Cosi ( sp?)
Saturday - HSC
Sunday - Coremax and Stretchmax
Monday - Imax 3
