Personal Rotation - Jan 4

Good morning fitness buddies!!!

The Jan rotation so far is going well. LowMax got me last night, it usually does! I don't usually follow LowMax with anything and combos 1, 2, and 3 from KPC were interesting after doing LowMax!!

What's everybody else doing today? What mish mosh magic do you have planned today Wendy?

Kim, how's that foot. Has the therapist/doctor given you an indication when this thing will be healed. I know it has been a long hard road for you. I hope you are back close to 100% soon.

Where in the heck has Kali been? I've seen her on the <-- threads. Kali, we miss you on the rotation thread!

Hi Jane and all the other fitness buddies! Today was day 3 of Cathe's rotation, interval 1-5 of IMAX1 and 2nd half of MIC. I also tacked on segment 1 of Coremax. I'm wiped, but feeling good!
I have a job interview today (same company, new position) and I needed the stress release!
I'm kinda missing the upper body work, so I might have to add some of that into the rotation. We'll see. Have a great day! Phyllis

Hi there Jane and Phyllis.

I did Low Max the other day and to my surprise, I found it easier than it had been in the past! I think the freestyle approach I am doing has built endurance in my legs that helped me during the blasts in Low Max. :+

Today I am going to be doing step...probably and Imax, some # of walking lunges which will be no less than 150 and a few exercises for each muscle group in GSBS&B.

No clue where Kali is now that you mention it...probably just busy I guess...

Good afternoon everyone! The thread got buried, so I figured I'd revive it.

I did CTX Step & Intervals (for some reason I really like that one) and Power Hour this morning - skipped the lunges though - and the planks. I'm finally getting my abs back into shape, but they were a bit sore.
 
Hey girls,

Hope everyone's day has been good! I just got home from work and then go pickup son from BB practice and then take dd to dance class! Whew! But I will get my workout in somewhere there. I have planned PUB,PS chest. That is all right now since I am limited.


Jane-My foot has been pain free for about two weeks now. I haven't seen a therapist in about three weeks and it actually does better. I think all that they do there was irritating my foot. I can't do any jumping or high impact at all right now,nor would I even try to. I have to work on doing calf raises first. I see my doctor in February so I will see how he wants me to proceed.

Kali- Yeah, where in the heck are you? You better show yourself girl! Just kidding, but we do miss you! Let us know how things are going.

Hey everyone.

So I decided on IMAX 3 (in full, YOWZA!), 150 walking lunges, GSBS&B: 3 exercises per body part and C&W abs.

GREAT WORK OUT!

I did Imax and lunges back to back this morning...YOWZA! It was my first time doing IMAX 3 in full. I put it on not really INTENDING to do it all. I was gonna skip to the cool down and stretch when my body gave out and before ya know I had stuck it out to the end!:+ By the time that was over with the lunges seemed like nothin'! ;)

I've recently begun using Fitday again and I am easing my way back into calorie staggering so hopefully you all will be seeing that ticker below start dropping again soon! :)

Wendy, Wendy... that IMAX3 is a punisher isn't it?!! And those walking lunges right behind it. Good job.

Your legs are probably screaming in unison with mine!! This January rotation is really a lower body worker!!!
