Personal Rotation Jan 3,2006

Hey ladies,

Are we doing this thread anymore? I see the January rotation,but I'm not doing the January so I guess to post here.

I am doing PS floorleg workx2 and PS abs.

Hi there Kim! I'm in! I'm not doing Jan's rotation so unless they combine the 2 threads, I'll be posting here!

I don't know what I'm doing today....I'm re-working my rotation at the moment. I'll check back in when I figure it out! :)

Last night, however, I did Low Max and ME abs with a 4# med ball.
 
Hey Kim and Wendy, I believe we'll keep this thread. There is a Jan one going and I'll check in there too but I want to see what you guys are doing too! I don't want to miss anything!!

Wendy, you are coming up with some great combinations!! From the looks of your pics, you are seeing awesome results!!
 
Hey all - I was planning on douing the Jan rotation, but after looking at it again I realized that it wasn't exactly what I wanted to accomplish. I have my own rotation set up - more for endurance, with more weight work. I'm going to stick with that one.

So today I did IMax 2 - even after my setting my alarm wrong. I hate my alarm clock!!

I got my work out done early this morning!

I did KPC/L&G premix # 1 & GSC&T's all 72 push-ups in the intermediate position and 1 set each of 3 different exercises for triceps.

Just wanted to check in and have completed PSfloorwork and abs. That one will be a reminder tomorrow!
