Today the rotation calls for CTX Kickbox and I don't have it. That is next on my list, I need the CTX DVD!!

I am going to do the Low Impact Kickbox premix off of KM - 58 minutes and a segment of CoreMax.

Hi good morning Jane and everyone who post later.Jane you can substitute the CTX kickbox with the kickbox premix of Bootcamp or the first half of Cardio Kicks. Today is a Turbo Jam party to celebrate I have ordered the new two Turbo Jam live workouts. I have just done the Cardio Party nº 1 (I looove it) and later I will do the TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam and Turbo Jam turbo sculpt. I will add stationary bike too.

I am so so happy knowing my new TJ workouts are on the way.

Today I am doing cardio (kickbox), legs and abs. Don't know the specifics but I'll decide that later.

My upper body is SCREAMING from the GS series! }( }( }(

Good Morning Fitness Friends!

I felt like a little more than was on the rotation so I did something from A-Jocks Blast From the Past rotation.
KPC warmup and high intensity drills
Cardio kicks power drills
body max upper body
body max abs
(and I added stretch from bodymax and stretch from KPC)

GREAT workout!

Mariangles, how long are your workouts? Just curious because they sound very long and intense!

Going to fix a sweet potato smoothie now and off to the showers!:D :9
 
Hey Jane,Mariangeles,Wendy,Becky and all of you who follow,

Today I have planned CTX shoulders and LG floorwork. Each are 11 or so minutes, so it will be about a 30 minute workout. My chest is major sore after CTX yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night with it sore by the way I moved. Oh and not to mention the abs! They have been neglected so long also.


Will check in when my workout is complete.

Great workout mishmosh Becky. That one sounds like something I would like to try! I was about halfway with you, I don't have CTX Kickbox so I did KPC in it's entirety. That one is hands down my favorite of Cathe's kickboxing, with CK coming in second.

Hey girls,

Just completed day two of exercising for me! Yee Haw! I was going to wait until I got back from shopping but I said what the heck get it over with! CTX shoulders is a pretty good workout, I had to go lighter in weights but that is no big deal right now. And LG floorwork I used no ankle weights cause I wanted to do it with my own leg weight right now. Boy let me tell you my leg weight is quite enough!:p

Hi Everyone,

My body is screamin' at me after doing the SH series so far this week. My cardio yesterday was Imax 3. Since today is an only cardio day, SJP/SB 90 min combo is sounding good. I haven't decided for sure though.

It sounds like everyone is back on track. Keep up the good work.

Jane, CTX should definitely be on your list. It's a great set.

What is everybody's plan for January? I'm hoping Cathe will have a fat burning rotation as that is what I think I need.

Today was PUB followed by the step premix from SJ&P. Alittle lenghthy, but I had time this morning. Enjoy the day. i'm taking the family to see King Kong. Any reviews? Phyllis

BootCamp over here...And I just got GS chest and Triceps...Wasn't someone further up the post getting yelled at by her chest??? I hope it works for me, I don't get DOMS in the chest very often...

January is going to be the month to up my cardio...That's the one thing about working out I REALLY don't like...Going to go from 3 cardio days a week to 5, and will keep weights at 4 days a week...

Hey Phyllis,

I am also waiting to see what Cathe comes up with. Frankly I think it is going be a fat-burning rotation. She usually kicks our booty but good in January.

I haven't seen it, but I have heard really good things about King Kong. I do know it is a long film, but worth it from what I hear.

Just finished the low impact kickbox premix from KM. It had those LCD in it and my legs are still burning from yesterday's circuit. They were not happy!

CoreMax a little later, if not I'll tack it on tomorrow. DD babysitted a 5- and 9-year-old today and this threw me off my w/o time.
 
Well, I decided against kickboxing to give my upper body a break after doing the GS upper body work outs on back to back days! }(

Here's what I did today:

GS Legs warm-up, 100 walking lunges, IMAX 3 step only premix, another 100 walking lunges, IMAX 3 stretch, SJP abs.

Tomorrow is cardio, legs & u/b. I'll probably get in the kickboxing tmrw.
