Good morning fitness buddies!!!

Yesterday was Moving-Haybales-Max, DH "meant" to do it before he went out of town but guess who got to do it instead!

Also after that workout, I did SJP step only and Int 1-5 of IMAX2. What fun!

Today is MIC step only and 200 walking lunges. DH came in about 11:30 last night so he's home today and will probably witness my walking lunges.... oh well, he already thinks I'm crazy.:p

Fingers are crossed you don't lose power. I know it would mean you couldn't work, but also that you couldn't be on the boards!!! And THATS real TRAGEDY!!!;-)

It's raining here, but later the temps are supposed to drop and we are in a winter weather advisary all day!

Yesterday I did sjp step and Imax2 1-5 and cm 3.
Today is MIC step/200 walking lunges. I will do the lunges while everyone is gone.;-)

Eating was good all day yesterday but I sat down with popcorn at night and the WORST thing about that, was, .......I wasn't "joining" anyone! I was the only one snacking last night!!;( :(
I'll keep plugging along........

Today will be a circuit workout with PUB up only and Freestyle type leg exercises inserted in between each body part for variety.

Becky- Thanks for the cheerful comment yesterday about moderate eating. It turuned on a light bulb in my head. Now don't beat yourself up about your snacking yesterday, today is another day and another chance to make moderate choices ;)

Hey Becky... check out the all things in moderation thread. You know I'm baking this weekend and can you actually see me baking and not eating!!!?? We are giving ourselves a break during the holidays in an effort to preserve our mental health!!:p

I am glad to be back and hopefully get back into full force. Again no cardio right now but got to make the best out what I can do. Kid has got a ball game tonight so it will be 8 or so before I can workout, but I will do it!

Things are getting crazy in our pre-christmas lives right now! I am forgetting to eat dinner, believe it or not. So much to do right now!

Anyways, I wanted to do some weight work, so I did MIS today. Great workout!

I was feeling very energetic this morning and combined today and tomorrows workouts. I did MIC step & bodymax weights. It was around a one hour workout and perfect for today for me. Tomorrow I will do the walking lunges and abs, and add on some cardio.

DD went off to school and almost immediately the rain turned to snow and it looks like a blizzard out there!!!!!!! Roads are covered and its coming down hard. They have delayed school for elementary ages but still haven't sent the high schoolers home. Roads look awful so please say a prayer , or cross your fingers that everyone gets home safely today. I have the news on and they are saying there are accidents EVERYWHERE! ugh. :(
 
Hi Girls, I didn't have time to post this morning. I did S&H shoulders and chest. I hope to do high step challenge tomorrow.

It is nasty outside. Seems to be a snow/rain mix. Yuck! I'm not looking forword to this camping trip tomorrow! Phyllis

Hey girls!

Let's see...this is what I did today...

KPC: cardio cond. premix
L&G: explosive lunges, explosive plie' squats and inner thigh lifts.
BC : u/b premix

Leg and u/b work was short and sweet as you can see...I was tight on time but I wanted to make sure I got SOMETHING in! I didn't feel too bad though since kickboxing works upper and lower body parts GOOD by itself! }(
