Has anyone heard of the actitrainer? I just saw the advertisement in my new Fitness Magazine and it looks really cool. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about these. www.actitrainer.com

how does it know if your sleeping?

It probably determines if your sleeping, and how soundly, by how low your heart rate drops .
