Good Evening!
It was my first chance to sit down and log on today...
I did the Providence KB workout ( a new one that I got from someone for free)..and decided that I need a 10 # KB so DH and I stopped at a Dick's sporting Goods store and I bought one. I am ok with the 15# for one arm rows and squats, and things like that but when you have to lift it over your head, I can;t do many. I really like this workout. it is more like weight lifting, rather than cardio like Lauren's
DH and I took the "K's" to the dog club to let them run around and chase balls etc. We bought a new digital camcorder last night and I was practicing with it. We want to upload some dog stuff to You Tube, but did not have the right kind of camcorder. When we do it , I will post a link here.
Garance:
I think you are probably right on the mattress suggestion. We were "convinced" by a sales person that firm was not always the way to go so we got a medium firm one and I have regretted it ever since. Butternut squash soup sounds wonderful! mmmm...Do you watch the films each semester before you teach them?
Linny:
I hope you are doing better.
Have a great "rest of the weekend"..!
