Everything will be new in the bathroom. I want tub and toilet to be white. Undecided about the floor but have ordered a white marble tub/shower surround. I will need to get faucets and shower heads this weekend because plumber will be here Tuesday. I'm glad he was available because I didn't call until after I had destroyed bathroom.
We decided to tear off drywall because wallpaper wasn't coming off easily and was damaging it. Patching would be worse than replacing. I could see what was under my built in oven from the bathroom now that walls were gone. I decided to put some open shelves in under the oven.
I probably will tear out my kitchen floor next week. It is white tile and the formerly white grout is a pain to take care of and my mother drops things. It's not horribly scratched but it always looks dirty. I think I will get vinyl. It doesn't look fancy but it is sure easier on the feet if you cook much.
I can't imagine why my husband thinks I start too many projects at once.
