I did Burn sets ch, sh yesterday before I forgot how to do upper body. not sore today so didn't lose much by not doing it in 2 weeks.
Josie we will think about whether we want to do a long ride. I think we do but it will be next year. that doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do. I think my main issue will be hand numbness. after 20 miles it bothers me, more some days than others. when my bike goes in for a tune up I will see if raising the bars a tad helps. I think they have to add a ring to the headset.
I need to vent. DH and I love our lattes and have a cheap old Krups espresso machine we've had for 30+ years. works great, simple to use. we decided we wanted one for our camper, plus this one is OLD and we don't expect it to last forever. so we bought a new one, looked almost like the old one. used it this morning and I am so ticked off. it doesn't work worth a damn. steam leaks out the top no matter how you tighten it, and it barely produces any coffee nor steam for the milk because it all goes out the top cap. so now we have to do the PITA return business at amazon. why or WHY can't companies leave well enough alone? the old design was simple, worked well. the new one is made in china and is a piece of crap even though it looks similar. we tried a different stovetop machine a year or two ago and it didn't work AT ALL so we returned it and didn't try since then. I don't need a $1000 machine, something small and simple is all I wanted. Why is buying an espresso machine such a crap shoot?
