Good morning. This morning I did Jane Adams’ Morning Energy practice which was 18 minutes. That’s it for me today.

Diane Sue, I like the idea of a “body battery” that needs to be charged. That’s how I feel some weeks. I try to balance my workouts and include some lighter days, but I need my time to recharge.

Judy, the closet organizer looks great. I know that you will enjoy it.
