Pentagenarians & Beyond: W/B 11/26/2023

No workout yesterday as I shopped. Left a couple hours later than normal as they were saying there was potential for black ice. I avoid that as much as possible. Got up to 50 yesterday, sunny and very nice. By late afternoon all the snow had vanished.

This morning I did an IMAX workout I put together and then Live Total Body Burn. That one if fast paced and lots of reps.

Valerie that's great that you were able to go for an hour walk and getting in the spin bike workout.

This morning I did Stacked Sets Lower Body for 39 minutes and 189 calories burned. My new appliances were installed this morning. Microwave, cooktop and dishwasher. I’m pleased. I didn’t miss the dishwasher until I had a house full of people last week!

Today I did Raw Slim Sculpt 2 , 52 minutes, 192 calories, heart rate 121/151, 2124 steps. I followed it with Raw 15 minute Total Body with Sammy, 16 minutes, 73 calories, heart rate 118/146, 892 steps. I finished with Raw 20 minute Stretch, 40 calories. Total time was 88 minutes, 305 calories, 3,016 steps.

Yesterday I did 35 minutes of Peloton rides and 45 minutes of stretching and yin yoga. Today I did 30 minutes of Peloton total body strength and 15 minutes of rowing.

Carolyn I'm sure you will very much enjoy having the new appliances. I remember the Christmases at my grandparents with lots of people and how many dirty dishes it created, and even more I remember the fact that we didn't get to open presents until the dishes were done. And really the adults wasted way too much time talking while doing them. LOL Nice job with Stacked Sets Lower Body.

Good afternoon. No workout for me today. I had to do some grocery shopping since I didn’t get to it earlier in the week. It’s rainy and cool today and I wanted to get it done early. Now I have a pot of beans simmering for dinner.
