I definitely have a cold, so I will not be working out at all this weekend. I still have to go to the gala event this evening and I'm not looking forward to that.

This morning I did Amy Bento's Cardio Kickbox Surge, the 62 min. premix with no surges.

Never heard of that workout, Cathy. Is it another Firm?

Josie, I will also give a donation to help you raise money so you can do that crazy-hard bike ride. I just did Ina Garten's Tuscan chicken from her Back to Basics cookbook. It was really, really yummy. That is probably my favorite cookbook ever. Not intimidating, and every recipe from it has been really good. This was also one of the chickens DH raised, so that might have had something to do with it. We are going out on Saturday night with friends and I haven't thought about my menu for next week, although butternut squash soup is definitely one item. Hope you feel better soon--take it easy over the weekend.

Deb, are you watching SYTYCD? It's going to be down to 20 next week and then the competition really begins.

Joan, how are you doing with all of your family responsibilities--Mom, Elliot?
 
deb, yes, it is firm. and it is a toughie. emily welsh instructs it. no, i'm not doing anything in the show. it is just a very small 4-h show. kinda of just fun stuff. my neice and 2 other girls are gonna use my horses. it is supposed to be beautiful again tomorrow. so, it should be a nice day. ya'll have a great weekend.

off day for me today, grandkids here all day, very busy and tired. nite
