Diane Sue, nice job with CDorner HiiT, Senior Shape Chair Yoga Upper Mobility Stretch, and lower body stretches.

Cathy, good job with Live MRT Express and LMR 2 Balance.

Valerie, your trail ride sounds nice with the seal and mergansers that you saw.

Judy, good job with the Peloton ride, stretching, and walking.

Have a wonderful day everyone.

living near lots of water, we have lots of different ducks. mergansers spend most of their time on fresh water and nest along lakes and streams. they have big broods of ducklings. 13-17 and move downstream and join up with other merg moms. there are big floats of young ducks all together, 30-40. im surprised at how easy they are to see if you're there at the right time and look for them. we have several chances to see them on our regular ride because we cross a creek where we have seen them, and then the two branches of the larger river. we always take a few minutes to stop and look around.. a few weeks ago i saw the beaver at almost the exact spot i saw the seal. I've seen a million seals before but this was an unusual place. I love seeing wild creatures in a natural habitat. you never know! the one bird i cant deal with is canada geese. OMG. way way too many of them.

I did several sets of therapy today and then some serious cleaning so thats good enough for today.

This morning I did Jessica Smith’s Stride and Step. That was 30 minutes, 164 calories burned, average heart rate 111, and maximum heart rate 139.

Valerie, nice job with therapy and cleaning. I agree, cleaning is a good workout.

Hello to Cathy, Judy, and Diane Sue.

Yesterday I did Live PHA Supersets, No Repeats. Today is an active rest day. I did a 15 minute easy walk and 10 minutes of stretching.

Carolyn-Great job with Jane Adams Gentle Yoga and Stride and Step.

Valerie-Great job with your therapy and cleaning. I agree with you and Carolyn, cleaning is a good workout.

Hi to Diane Sue and Cathy

we mountain biked this morning. 2 hours. This is a workout. the company that owns the tree farm may be edging away from how much access the public can have. Much due to people abusing the privilege. unfortunately it seems more likely bikers who try to ride thru places where active logging is happening. risky for everyone!! this is strictly walkers, horseback riders and "normal" mt bikers. no motorized! but people argue about it. go too fast and don't stay out of closed areas. what is basically a motorcycle can go places a muscle powered biker would not go, and we pay every year for the privilege, hope a few dont ruin it for everyone.

i am always amazed at how dirty things can get even if not used. window and door tracks especially. DH usually vacuums but he doesnt go behind doors and edges. cant convince him thats where the dust and cat fur collect.
