Pentagenarians & Beyond: March 29, 2026

Today I did LMR Elevated 2 Upper Body Strength: Back, Biceps, and Shoulders, 50 minutes, 164 calories. I used much lighter weights as I had to move some dumbbells to our room. I did the option instead of pull ups since I did not bring my Fit Tower with me.
No workout yesterday. I was out playing with the chuckit ball with my dog and encountered a snake. I thought it was a branch at first till I saw it's head lifted. I took off down the hill to another area to call my dog down so he would not also encounter the snake. I don't know what kind it was, it was somewhere between 3 to 4 foot and brown. My son in law checked later but did not find it. They get snakes out in the woods and have killed a few venomous ones. One time it was a rattlesnake and too close to the house.
Other families visiting here for Easter.
When I use the OnDemand on my computer I have problems with it freezing on me before I get very far into a workout. I keep ending up using my tablet. Does anyone know why that is?
