Today I did CDorner Intermediate Step 33 minutes, 186 calories, heart rate 123/154. I followed with CDorner Inner and Outer Thighs with mini ball, 23 minutes, 83 calories, heartrate 98/141. Total time 56 minutes, 269 calories. I did not get many workouts in this week. My rheumatologist had me stop the methotrexate. I have so many side effects from it. My throat is sore, digestive problems, headaches, fatigue. I almost feel asleep playing games with my friends. My well check went okay. I was hoping no appointments next month, but my Rheumatologist put me on a prednisone that gradually goes down in dose. I go back next month. He wants to see what it helps to figure out how much of it is RA and how much degenerative.
Cathy, I wonder if there is a watch that gives the same heart rate by activity level rather than whether it is strength, yoga, or cardio. Sorry you caught your husband's cold. Nice work getting in I Max 3 combos. I always liked the combos in that one.
Valerie, that is great that your husband is doing so well with healing. I am sorry your back is causing problems again. My upper back and neck is bothering me. My rheumatologist told me that the doctor that did the injections and kyphoplasty is really good and he could probably take care of that area for me. I am afraid he would be sending me for more mri first. He does pain management. Good job on the short spin and Stacked Sets Upper Body.

Judy, good job on Tuesday's 30 minutes of upper body, core and 15 minutes of foam rolling, Wednesday's 40 minutes of Peloton rides, yesterday's 20 minute strength workout with bands, and today's 30 minute Power Zone Ride.
