Hello, ladies. Yesterday I did LMR Total Body. Definitely my favorite of the series. I played around with some of the weights and had a great workout. I just finished LMR Yoga and the Lower Body Foam Rolling Bonus. I am just not a foam rolling sort of person, whether you use it as myofascial release or an exercise prop. Oh well. I previewed the Restorative Yoga Bonus because I knew I wasn’t in the mood for restorative stuff but wanted to see what it looked like. I also just scrolled through the User’s Guide out of curiosity. I’ve never needed one, but I always like to look.
Carolyn – Good work on Cardio Party. Is it as fun as the name sounds? I hope you are enjoying your rest day.
Valerie – My mom still has an ancient black (I swear it looks like cast iron) Underwood typewriter that must weigh 20 lbs at least. My sister and I used to play on it as kids. The keys are SO far apart, I’d probably get tendinitis trying to use it now, LOL. Like Cathy, I learned on the early electric ones, but there was an old manual in typing class that we all had to rotate through. Oh girl, I have fallen off of horses so many times, LOL. I know it would really hurt now, but back then, it was just part of life. Of course I did break my arm once, another time I got kicked in the leg which left a dent in my muscle for probably over a year, and another time I got kicked in the head – very lucky it just grazed me!
Judy – Good job with Functional Mobility. I think you are exactly right about it being good for an active rest day.
Diane – Good work on the Barre and Total Body workouts. I’m glad you enjoyed Barre and that you didn’t push too hard with Total Body. I do hope you enjoy your family gathering. Merry Early Christmas to you and your family.
Cathy – Great job on STS Chest and Back. I never did get that series. Too many body parts for me. What did you think about Restorative Yoga? By the way, I have never learned where the numbers are on a keyboard. I have to look every time, LOL.
