Hi all,

Got an e-mail this morning from my friend who wanted me to call her anytime after 6:00 am to meet for coffee...uh oh...I thought this must be bad. Anyway we met at 7:15 and stayed for 5 hours. I just got home a bit ago. She is the 24/7 caregiver for her Mom and sometimes she needs an outlet for venting etc. She loves her Mom, but when she is out of patience, she has to talk. So we had a nice long breakfast and chat.

It's very cold and rainy here...more like November.

Josie, I know you probably won't see this but good luck with your DS and custody.

Joan, thanks for yelling. I hope to start over on Sunday. I want to put the Tower together today or tomorrow and figure out where to keep it in my workout area. It sounds like DR etc are being very conservative with your Mom, which is good. I agree with Garance, why would you have to babysit with fever etc if DIL is home?

Garance, yes keep yelling, I don't know why I am in this funk.

thanks everyone, i felt much better yesterday and today. i can't figure out why some days i'm fine and others it's awful.

ok, well, i am back after about 5 hrs. had to go outside and then worked out, showered, cleaned up the house an dnow i am here!!
so, i did
the old, FIRM "sculpted hips, buns, thighs" w/tracie. i thought it was all lower body but it is 14m of abs. i was supposed to do 30m. lower body today. so, i added the extra LB from "aerobic body shaping" and then did "kick it into gear" from rebekah's "Get chisled" workout. that is a fast, tough 15 min. it was fun , though.

well, ya'll have a great weekend. we are supposed to get some more rain, i only pray we do!

Hi Deb, Josie, Garance and Cathy,

No wo yet.

They only got 1 cm around the cancer so more surgery is neccessary.
The balloon comes out Monday. The next surgery could be in 3 weeks.

I was sick last week and dil was sick this week. I really didn't think Elliot should be around sick mother this week, I guess I just wished I didn't have to take care of her last week. Just me complaining again.
