Hi Deb, Linny, Josie and Joan--
This morning I did Kelly C-M's Kickbox (53 min.). I was planning on AOS Providence, but I have doms in my back in the lats and trapezius from STS 15.
Last night was a wild and woolly night for DH. I cannot believe I slept through it all. His ditziest cow, Francine, was in labor and bawling, finally had her calf--a very good-sized bull calf--at 3:30. Meanwhile, two of our neighbor's horses wandered over and created quite a stir with the yearlings and the bull. DH didn't want to call our neighbor in the middle of the night and didn't want to chase the horses, or they would trample through his electric fencing and then all hell would break loose. So, when I got up, I looked out and there were two horses calmly grazing right outside my window. Our neighbor came over later with some harness, and these two geldings went kaflooey--running all over the place. But finally no harm done.
DH was looking at STS yesterday and he wondered why Cathe didn't include someone who started the series out of shape and then showed improvement. It IS true that all of these men and women are already in such great shape that I don't think they provide any evidence of the impact of the series.
Have a great Easter weekend, ladies, and stay away from the Cadbury eggs and the peeps!
