Cardio for me today. I forget the combination, but it's some kinds of CTX mix.

Becky, no Easter plans. DS is coming home on Sat and we will belatedly celebrate his birthday that evening with a nice dinner and presents. How about you?

Oops, I did the wrong Wo. I did 10-10-10, but that was on last week's schedule. This week was supposed to be LM premix #1. Oh well, they are both cardio. :)

So, we are basically back to our old daily check in folks - where are Tammy, Vilma and Deannie?

Hi Phyllis:) Oops on the wrong cardio, but hey, what's it matter ?
I'm doing the strength rotation but my own cardio . It all works.

Today is cardio and I will probably do a CC on the TM.

Everyone is coming here for Easter . Today I think I'm going to have the GS's over to color eggs. :D:D

I know Deanie posts over in "kettlebells", but don't know about Vilma or Tammy! We miss you guys!!!! Come back & see us !!!;)

STS disc #4 today, chest, shoulders and biceps and Ab circuits - yoga-inspired abs.

It is suppose to be beautiful here today, 72.

No worries Phyllis, cardio is cardio. I wouldn't worry about it. This is coming from a "reformed OCD" maniac. LOL..... or trying.... I'm much better than I used to be on having to do the RIGHT workout on the RIGHT day... I think that was part of my problem with trying on track.

Becky has been so good for me, she is a "do whatever you feel like doing" person. She's rubbed off on me some haven't you friend?

I just tried to put on blasted "wink" smilie at the end of that last line and I don't know where it went. I still can't figure out this posting system and the smilies, Becky has tried to explain it but..... *sigh*

Going to see my little Joseph today!


Edited to add - now I see where it went, at the top! Geezzzz....

Yes, it does feel like the old check in again, doesn't it?

Today was supposed to be Imax 3 - I subbed HISM 2 and the ab section, I just couldn't deal with Cathe cardio today.
 
CC #5 challenges 1 and 2 (45 min) and amy bento's abs #2 are done!:p

I shortened my cardio because today is a beautiful sunny day , going up into the 60's, so I plan on a walk later.

Jane- at least your smiley is up on the page now . Progress!:D

Oh my, oh my... I can't lift my arms! They are sooo tight! I opted for the extended stretch today since I might want to use my arms sometime today..... Abs will have to wait until later this afternoon. Gotta run.
