I've no idea what I'm doing today for my WO. Tomorrow I'll resume STS with disc 19. Hmm, maybe I'll do the HIS/LIS combo today. While in FLA, I did a combo of thihgs. I walked on Tues, Wed and Thurs I did the group class at my sister's club house and Fri I did a CC on the dreadmill. Yesterday was nothing.

What did I miss here? I took a quick look and didn't see many peeps posts.

It's rain today which is OK. I need to do laundry and stuff anyway. Back to work tomorrow. I have Fri off to go to Cathe's gym with the tristaters, so at least it is a short week!

Today was Christi's cardio core for the first time - it was pretty good, but it got repetitious, which is kind of unusual for her...but..

Hi Becky!! I got a friend request from Jane today. Is she coming back to the forums? Please tell her that I hope she is feeling well.

I did a CC in FLA - I can't remember which one. Actually, I did a little of 2 different ones. The 1st one had a bunch of sprints in them and then I did the steady state from a different one. I couldn't see my ipod screen all that well so I was just hitting buttons. Anyway, I was a sweaty mess at the end - I used the treadmill.

Jane just bought STS and Shock Cardio so I think she might be gearing up to come back ! I hope so. I talk to her every day but I still miss her here ! ; )


I'm with you on not seeing the ipod screen. My eyes are fading fast ! I need reading glasses now and will probably go to bifocals very soon since I can't see my Ipod screen anymore , OR the phone display or most anything else ! I'm always running for my glasses and I never remember where I left them last !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, back to work for me. We got the carpet installed in the room upstairs yesterday and we are moving furniture back up there and getting everything situated.
I also have a huge crockpot of bbq cooking and made a batch of chicken chili for the week.
Doing laundry too..... busy, busy!
