The Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation is really awesome. I usually make up my own weekly, so this is the first "official" one I've done. Getting some nice DOMS! Not easy, that's for sure, but love it so far. I just don't know what to follow it up with! I asked for assistance on that in another thread.
