Passwords for these Forum's

Does anyone know how to change the password to post a message to the forums? I'm using the one that the site sent to me when I initially signed up and for the life of me can't remember it. I have it writen down and I have to get the piece of paper everytime I log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

go to user menu and choose change your profile or password..cant remember exactly how it is worded but you will find it
