I have been reading alot about P90X and have considered buying it, but its very expensive and I'm not sure I want to spend the $ right now. In the mean time, I love Cathe and have gotten great results with her. I have all her workouts and have researched on these forums P90x rotations, and was hoping someone could critique the rotation I've worked up- a faux P90X using Cathe. Any and all imput is more than appreciated I also posted this in the rotations forum, I wasn't sure which would be better!

Here are my questions-
For leg work should I be using workouts with light weights, like the ones I listed?
for upper body muscle strength should I do push/pull so that I do one set of excersises for chest and then one set for back, and continue that thru all the excersises? (does that make sense?- I hope )
TIA,
Deanie
