Morning Ladies!
This morning was Back & Bi's and Ab Ripper X. I really worked on upping my weights and have most of the bicep work to 12# or 15#. The worksheets sure do help with that. It is nice to see the progression - and nice to see the columns filling up with each week. Sure makes you feel good!
I FINALLY got some my new Turbo Jam workouts yesterday, So I will do one of those at lunch today!
