Hello - anyone there? Where did all of our P90X'ers go? Everyone go to the running check-in? Guess I should hop over there too but given that I'm incline walking I don't think it's right.

Today I was on for Plyo X and an hour on the elliptical to CC V-6, with Sean. (Why 2 volume 6's - anyone know?) This CC was one of the new ones I got and I really liked it. Haven't tried candace's version yet. Have fun in whatever you all are doing!

Lorrie - oh we just bounce around... I forgot to start a thread this morning - actually I just added on to Monday's... Kathryn posted there as well... We don't get a lot of traffic - maybe we should do a weekly post for now....

I did IMax 3 instead of Plyo X. It was sooo nice to do Cathe again. I had so much fun...

Hi PX'ers
Thanks for starting the thread Lorrie...
Today I was supposed to shoulders and arms....but, Just got home from week, and completely exhausted! So, I'll have to do it tomorrow.

I like this thread, You've all been so helpful! And it inspires me to keep moving and push myself!

Maybe 2X a week??

OK question?? I know some of you are running alot too, but, are you seeing any visual results yet? I can tell my strength is improving. I really need to loose 5-10 pounds to see more muscle defination. I'm trying to clean up my eating. Have any of you lost weight on this if that was your goal?? Just curious.

Alicia;)

Alicia - I lost 7 pounds in the first 30 days of doing this rotation, but my real weight loss happened when I added running. What's kind of funny though is that I'm not seeing much change in my core - it's shrinking, but it simply looks like a smaller version of what I had before, but I can really see it in my arms and legs.

Christine..that is great!

I haven't lost anything, granted I haven't done much extra cardio either. Running is definatley one of the best things! When I used to run alot, I weighed less. It might be good for me to start adding some running again.
Right now, it finding time with work (working about 12-14 hour days right now). Trying to work out that balance.

I've notice my arms improving:) ya! And my back! My core has had some subtle changes. But, I think if I loose a few pounds it will help. My core has always been a difficult part for me.

Thanks for sharing:) I'll let you know how the progress goes.
