P90X ?'s

Hi all,

Just a couple of quick questions if you don't mind. I have had p90X for two years - never did it but now am motivated to. After reading the book again today I realize there are three types of rotations - Classic, Doubles and Lean. I understand what the first two are but am wondering what exactly the Lean rotation goal is?

Also - what do you use to attache the bands to a door?

AND - I know there are some more workouts that were added later. Were these meant to add to the entire workout system or to replace other older ones?

Thanks so much and HO HO HO!

The Lean rotation is kind of lame, IMO. Each week skimps on one body part. I think it was just thrown in there as a last-minute addition. It may be a timesaver, but it would just be better to do "halfsies" (half of each workout) than that, IMO.

To attach bands to the door, I used an attachment I bought from www.sissel-online.com . MUCH better (and safer) than the ones the BB bands come with. It easily and safely goes between the top of the door and the door jam, so you can kneel down and do pulldowns.

More workouts?

You mean P90X+?
They aren't really a system the way P90X.
The booklet that comes with them shows some rotations combining P90X and P90X+.

HTH!

i did a classic rotation then p90x+ which is more endurance because one is total upper lasting less than an hour, and total body-less than a hour.the other 2 are kb and intervalx which are both great. if u like p90x i strongly suggest the p90x chinup bar which fits over the door,no attachments
