I posted this in Open Discussion, hoping it would be seen. But feel free to reply in the rotation forum if you wish.
My workouts have been all over the place for the past year--with having a home up for sale and moving, sickness, etc. I haven't followed a decent rotation the whole time. I've just fit in workouts where I could.
I got P90X for Christmas last year but haven't done it yet because I knew my life would be crazy. Now that I can commit to the 3 months, I'm not in the shape I was last year--cardio capacity or strength-wise.
Could any of you suggest a 1 month (or longer, if needed) Cathe workout rotation that will get me in good enough shape to be prepared for P90X?
I have all of Cathe's workouts with the exception of the following:
STS (But if I could do that, I wouldn't need this rotation anyway)
Supersets
Push-Pull
Pure Strength
Classics vol I
Any of the beginner/intermediate ones
I have the Lauren Brooks Kettlebell DVD. I have several yoga practices of various lengths & types. I can also run--although not a 'runner'.
Thanks,
Elsie
